Visionary Gen Nady moves freely from Jazz to Rock, Pop , Soul , Funk and R&B as well to the Latin Traditional and Contemporary music as a performer and composer. His influences blend sounds From World Music with Eclectic Fusion and Electronica infused with the beats of the lost corners of tribal Latin America.
Gen Nady currently lives between Latin America and the USA, producing, collaborating, and supporting several musical projects in the studio. He also produces live shows in association with Los Angeles based Dreamscape Studios, and Miami based "The Avenue of Sound" record studios, Jensen Communications, and Universal Music. In addition, Gen nady lends his composing talents to many up and coming artists, musicians, and film makers.
In 1992, after his graduation as an arranger, composer and saxophonist at Baku National Conservatory of Azerbaijan in the midst of a war and ethnical conflicts between Azerbaijan and Armenia during separation from the USSR,
Gen Nady left his country and traveled to Cuba and then to Latin America where he started a new life and submerged himself by studying and exploring Afro-Cuban and Latin Jazz music forms.
During his decade long stay in Latin America Gen Nady not only toured to perform his own works, by also worked as a recorder, collaborator, and producer, producing an array of live multi-media concerts for many well known Jazz, Rock and Pop artists. In addition to his musical experiences, Gennady also dedicated his life to support educational and charitable organizations dedicated to children and teenagers in governmental schools and communities through out Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia , and Chile through Government supported sponsors like Yamaha Musical Instruments and National Institutes of Culture. His breakthrough and debut as an eclectic composer, performer and producer in USA took place in October 2008 at the Wilshire Theatre in Los Angeles, where he presented his groundbreaking World Music and Electronic Multimedia Project that gathered many artists from Latin America and Spain and was dedicated to special guest Quincy Jones and his charity organizations "Millennium Promise" and "Malaria No More" hosted by renown writer and motivational speaker Tony Robbins.
